La Audiencia Nacional ha dictado una sentencia en la que desestima un recurso de CCOO y UGT con el que pretendían excluir a otros sindicatos del Consejo de Desarrollo Sostenible alegando que éstos no reunían los criterios de representatividad necesarios para participar en este órgano dependiente del Ministerio de Derechos Sociales y Agenda 2030.
