La Sección Cuarta de la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la Comunitat Valenciana (TSJCV) ha desestimado las medidas cautelarísimas solicitadas en dos recursos contra el proceso de vacunación infantil en este territorio, que ha comenzado este miércoles. En los pronunciamientos, los magistrados dan tres días a la Generalitat para presentar sus alegaciones.
