La Comisión Permanente del Consejo General del Poder Judicial ha acordado prorrogar a partir del próximo 1 de enero el plan de especialización en materia de cláusulas abusivas, en unos casos por seis meses y en otros por un año, en 24 órganos judiciales y ha decidido su finalización en otros 20, dada la positiva evolución experimentada por esos juzgados tanto en lo que respecta al número de asuntos pendientes como a su capacidad de resolución.
