Las Cortes Generales han aprobado la ‘Ley de garantía del poder adquisitivo de las pensiones y de otras medidas de refuerzo de la sostenibilidad financiera y social del sistema público de pensiones’, tras culminar el trámite parlamentario. De esta forma, la norma ya ha pasado por el Congreso y el Senado y será efectiva a partir del 1 de enero de 2022.
