La ministra de Justicia, Pilar Llop, ha asegurado que su departamento está «inmerso» en la implantación del nuevo registro civil electrónico con el que, según ha dicho, se producirá «un cambio de paradigma» al pasar del «modelo basado en papel» a una base de datos única con certificaciones electrónicas.
